How the numbers actually work.

Longevity is a field with real signal and real hype. We only use scoring methods that have been replicated in large cohort studies — and we tell you where each score is uncertain.

Based on replicated cohort data.

We combine established risk engines — QRISK3 for cardiovascular, FINDRISC for metabolic, peer-reviewed equivalents for the other three — rather than a single black-box algorithm.

Every score carries a confidence interval.

When we don’t have enough input to be confident, we tell you — and we ask for the specific data point that would sharpen the number.

We never pretend a questionnaire is a lab.

When a biomarker would genuinely change your plan, we’ll say so — and connect you to a partner lab rather than guess.

Your data is separated from your identity.

Identifiers are encrypted at rest and never exposed to our AI layer. Health data is linked by UUID. Even our own engineers can’t read your records without your key.
